Our home maintenance program offers homeowners a subscription service that ensures an experienced professional takes care of your home on a regular basis. Instead of you having to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, we develop a specific maintenance schedule that covers everything in and around the home and then come every month to take care of it all. And for those projects that require more time, you’ll enjoy a discounted hourly rate for the life of your membership or 10% off your project total (up to $500).

Little things pop up and when they do we make it simple to communicate with your program manager. Just log in to our customer portal, which is created upon enrollment, and enter your request.
